One of the comments I hear occasionally goes something like this… “Why do I need an oxygen supplement when I breath just fine?”
Good question. Breathing is our primary way of getting oxygen into our body. And taking deep breaths does increase the oxygen level in our blood… But is that really enough for peak health and top functioning?
In this video, we have complied information about our body’s oxygen needs, a brief history of oxygen on our planet, and how our modern life effects our body’s oxygen levels.
