Let’s take a close look at our daily oxygen levels and our dietary and food choices. Let’s begin by asking ourselves a few questions:

How many processed food items do you eat each day?

How do you know if your food is processed or not processed?

Do Oxygen deficient processed foods reduce your body’s available oxygen?

Processed foods are low in fiber, low in enzymes, low in water, low in oxygen and high in saturated fats as well as sugars.

One of the most important things to remember is processed food’s oxygen content is stripped away.

What does this mean?

1. Our bodies rob oxygen from other body areas such as your brain or thought process, heart, muscles or other parts to metabolize your oxygen deficient foods that are processed.

2. If your body can’t steal this oxygen to break down the processed foods, you’ll wind up building up toxins which can further harm your body.

If your body has plenty of oxygen, your body’s oxidative processes will be fully engaged. You’ll be able to use the vitamins, minerals, aminos and nutrients found in your foods and process them properly.

Prior to the 20th century, industrial food production and processing wasn’t as prevalent. Many of the diseases common today were unknown and for good reason. Food wasn’t processed in the same fashion. With the abundance of fast foods, processed foods and quick meals, many have changed the courses of their health by eating such things. This according to Fran Forencich who wrote “Is it Foods?” in the book “Exuberant Animal”.

One of the single most important things you need to know about your nutrition is how to identify the difference between real food and food products.

Real Food Has These Qualities

Variable Quality
Goes Bad Fast
Requires Preparation
Brilliant Colors, Rich Textures
Authentically Flavored
Strong Connection to Land and Culture

Food Products Have These Qualities

Convenient and Neat
Always Constant
Keeps Indefinitely
Dull and Bland
Artificial Flavors
No Land or Culture Connections

If your food wasn’t in existence prior to 1903 when hydrogenation was invented, it’s likely not real food. Mr. Forencich made this suggestion in his chapter and said that if it’s wrapped in layers of plastic, cardboard or foil, it’s likely not food. If you have to rely on heavy advertising to sell it, it’s likely not food.

Real foods come directly from nature in their purest form. They are consumed easily and were the foods of your ancestors. They were here before foods were industrialized.

When your food doesn’t have enough oxygen it robs your body of oxygen from other areas as it attempts to convert the item into proper food for nutrition.

As if that isn’t enough to add insult to injury, your body can’t steal oxygen to break these foods down and burn away the processing foods. You’ll have a build up of toxins that can harm your body.

If oxygen supplementation is required, you’ll need to consider a product such as Oxygen Super charger. This product is 35 percent activated and stabilized oxygen.

If you select foods that are healthy and home grown, you won’t have to be making this choice. Follow Frank Forencich’s suggestions and choose whole and fresh foods with plenty of oxygen. You’ll feel better, digest your foods better, your body will absorb the proper nutrients and you’ll improve you health without even trying. Processed foods rob the body of much needed nutrition and you body struggles to convert it into healthy food.
