Liquid oxygen detox.  Whenever you want to detoxify your body, the whole point of it is to get rid of toxins.  In other words, you are trying to clean away whatever is not supposed to be in your body. Oxygen has many amazing abilities… for instance, it can give you necessary energy and it can also burn off some of the toxins that have accumulated inside the body.

The toxins in question may be an excess amount of carbon dioxide that has built up inside your body or they can be the lactic acid in your muscles that have buit up from exercising.   Detoxifying means you need adequate amounts of oxygen to help get rid of these toxins.

Increasing oxygen also will allow your body to absorb vitamins and nutrients more efficiently and this helps give you body the ability to create more white blood cells. These white blood cells are most important as they fight off harmful bacteria and other toxic invaders in your body.

Those are just a few of the myiade ways adequate oxygen within your body system can actually support and initiate your detoxifcation process.

Why Oxygen Detoxifies

Our bodies consist of a staggering 100 trillion cells.  An individual cell is actually an individual living system that is surrounded by an outer shield called a "cell membrane".  This membrane is what keeps this little living individual cell in tact. If you want to clean, or detoxify, the individual cells of the body, what is required is something that is both able to permeate (get through) the membrane and into the cells' system as well as get through the other protective barriers the body has in place as well… like the blood-brain barrier.

Because our bodies are built on oxygen, so much so that being deprived of it for only minutes can cause permanent damage, oxygen is one of the few substances that can get into the cells and cross the barriers in order to detox your body.
